Stilo Supply is committed to both digital inclusion and in-store accessibility. This policy outlines our accessibility commitments for Stilo.supply and our physical retail location in Long Beach, CA.

  • Mobile/responsive versions
  • All site features including browsing, cart, checkout, age-gate
  • Digital media (images, video, graphics)

  • No focus trapping in drawers or filters


4.3 Modals, Drawers & Filters

We use accessible modal patterns:

  • Focus enters the modal on open
  • Focus returns to the triggering element on close
  • Non-modal content is not programmable when modals are open

4.4 Visual & Text Considerations

  • High contrast design
  • Responsive layout across devices
  • Text scales to 200 percent without structural loss
  • No critical content conveyed by color alone


4.5 Forms & Checkout

We maintain:

  • Proper labeling for input fields
  • Clear error identification
  • Error announcements for assistive tech
  • Accessible payment and address inputs
  • Age-gate system that supports assistive technology
  • Keyboard-friendly promo and reward fields


5. THIRD-PARTY TOOLS

Stilo integrates third-party tools such as payment widgets, maps, organizational systems, and chat services.

We evaluate third-party content for accessibility and work with vendors to improve accessibility or provide alternatives when limitations exist.


6. ALTERNATIVE FORMAT REQUESTS

Users may request content in accessible alternative formats such as:

  • Plain-text versions
  • High-contrast text
  • Read-aloud product descriptions (via phone)

Stilo Supply commits to ensuring:

  • Seating available for customers who require rest

Restroom accessibility is not applicable, as the store does not offer public restrooms.

Stilo completes accessibility testing every quarter, including:

  • Automated scans (Lighthouse, Axe)
  • Keyboard-only navigation testing
  • Screen reader testing using NVDA and VoiceOver
  • Review of new third-party integrations

Audit dates are not public but are documented internally.


10. LIMITATIONS

Some older content or externally hosted elements may not meet full WCAG compliance.

We prioritize fixing accessibility issues in navigation, product discovery, and checkout first.
